This website is operated by Truform ("Truform", "we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, these terms refer to us, and "you" refers to the visitor or customer.
By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below, including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink — in particular our Refund & Return Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy, all of which form part of these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the site. If you do not agree to all of them, you may not access the site or use any of its services.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time.
1. Online Store Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without our express written permission.
3. Products, Descriptions, and Availability
Products are offered exclusively online and may be available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product we offer, to limit sales by person, household, or region, and to discontinue any product at any time.
Colours and images. We have made every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate. Slight variation in shade, print placement, and texture between the photographs on this site and the item delivered is normal for textile products and is not a defect.
Measurements. Dimensions and weights given on this site are nominal manufacturer specifications. A tolerance of approximately ±2 cm (±1 inch) in any dimension is normal for filled textile products and is not a defect. Loft and thickness figures refer to the product's uncompressed state; the topper ships compressed and requires 24–72 hours to fully expand.
We do not warrant that the quality of any product you purchase will meet your subjective expectations — that is precisely what the 100-Night Sleep Trial exists for.
4. Health and Comfort Disclaimer
Truform products are comfort and bedding products. They are not medical devices.
Nothing on this website, in our advertising, in our emails, or in any content published by us is intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and none of it should be relied on as such. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including back pain, neck pain, joint pain, or any sleep disorder.
Individual experiences of comfort and sleep quality vary. Customer testimonials describe the personal experience of the individuals who gave them and are not a promise of any particular result for you.
If you are experiencing persistent pain, a sleep disorder, or any other medical concern, consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional. Do not delay seeking medical advice because of anything you have read on this site.
5. Pricing, Billing, and Order Acceptance
All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout where required.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update it so that we can complete your order and contact you as needed.
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after a confirmation email has been sent, where:
- the product or pricing information was published in error;
- the product is unavailable;
- payment could not be verified, or the order is flagged as fraudulent; or
- the order appears to be placed by a reseller or for resale.
If we cancel an order for any of these reasons, you receive a full refund.
6. Promotions, Bundles, and Discounts
Promotional offers, bundles, and discount codes are subject to the conditions published with them, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time before an order is placed. Prices already paid are never affected by a later change.
Bundle refunds are calculated as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice.
We undertake no obligation to update any information on the site except as required by law.
8. Third-Party Links and Tools
Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties, and our site may contain links to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content or websites, and we do not warrant them or assume any liability for them. Any complaints or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.
Optional tools we provide access to are supplied "as is" and "as available", without any warranties or conditions of any kind.

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, reviews, or other materials, whether at our request or unsolicited, you agree that we may, at any time and without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use them in any medium, without obligation to compensate you or to keep them confidential.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party — including copyright, trademark, privacy, or personality rights — and will not contain unlawful, abusive, obscene, or defamatory material, or any computer virus or malware. You are solely responsible for the comments you make and their accuracy. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove content.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of these prohibited uses.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
Except where expressly stated by us and except for any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Service and all products delivered to you through the Service are provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no case shall Truform, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the Service or of any product. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Truform and our affiliates, partners, officers, agents, contractors, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Truform name and logo, text, graphics, photographs, product images, advertising copy, and page design — is our property or is used under licence, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our prior written permission.
15. Termination
The obligations and liabilities incurred by the parties prior to the termination date survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or by ceasing to use our site. If in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements or communications. Any ambiguity is not to be construed against the drafting party.
17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at thedreamingcase@gmail.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue. Most disputes end here.
These Terms and any separate agreements by which we provide you Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country, state, or province of residence, which continue to apply to you in full and are never limited by this clause.
